Important Postage Information
Orders can only be sent within Australia - no oversea's orders.
The rate for postage and handling varies depending on the total cost of items purchased.
Orders are dispatched from Sydney. If your order includes large items there may be higher delivery charges - if this is the case you will be contacted before the goods are sent.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to get them to you asap. Orders are usually in the post on the day the order is placed or the following day. Please do allow 3+ days for your order to arrive though they usually arrive sooner.

Returns Policy and Product Guarantee
We sell only high quality products and are 100% confident in them - we will refund the price of a product should you believe it does not reflect the information on the website. The product must be returned to us in unused condition and postage costs cannot be refunded.
We are happy to refund the price of a product if it received back in exactly the same condition as it was sent out. The postage fee cannot be refunded and the postage costs of returning the item to us is the customers expense.

When you purchase items from Smudge Art Supplies, you are taken to the PayPal website to process the payment.
You will be asked to log into your PayPal account using your email address and password OR you will have the option to create a payal account if you haven't got one already.
